Probe-le-Rome: On 27th July 2009 Stella White (26) and David Steward (26) from Yorkshire will be driving from Huddersfield to Calais to start the ‘Home 2 Rome’ rally which will take place over five days. The Grand Tour to Rome was started in the 17th Century and involved young English Gentlemen travelling to Paris, Milan, Venice, Florence and Rome over 3-4 years, taking in and celebrating the culture as they went. The Huddersfield duo is aiming to do the same thing in five days. This year 50 teams will take place.
